About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Loan Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our finance division, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong referral networks, and guiding clients through the home loan application process. If you have a passion for finance and excellent sales skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong referral network
- Guide clients through the home loan application process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent client relationships
Requirements
- 2–3 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
- Own a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

- Basic Salary: R15,000
- Settling-In Allowance:
- Months 1–3: R10,000
- Month 4: R6,000
- Month 5: R4,000
- Month 6: R3,000
- Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
