Job Description

 GC Solar is seeking a creative and versatile Marketing and Graphic Designer. This role is central to developing visual and video content that strengthens our brand identity, engages our audience across multiple platforms, and supports marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will combine artistic talent with technical skill in both graphic design and video production to deliver high-quality, dynamic content.
Core Responsibilities:
Design & Branding: Conceptualize and create compelling visual contentincluding digital graphics, print materials, logos, and social media assetsthat adheres to and enhances our brand guidelines.
Video Production: Create, shoot, and edit engaging video content (e.g., short-form reels, tutorials, brand stories) optimized for multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to specification.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to understand needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback through revisions.
Technical Execution: Expertly use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) to produce and optimize final files for various formats and platforms.
Quality & Innovation: Ensure all graphics and videos are accurate, high-quality, and on-brand. Solve creative challenges while staying current with design and social media trends.


Requirements

Proven graphic design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience creating content tailored for various social media platforms.
Excellent visual, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
