Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a dynamic Operations Manager for an exciting luxury touring company in Noordhoek, Cape Town! If youre a seasoned professional who thrives on managing logistics, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless operations, this could be your next big move! ? Salary: R45 000 – R50 000 DOE (Dependent on Experience) Live Out ? Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On-call for emergencies (no weekend work required, but must be available for urgent situations) What Youll Be Doing: As the Operations Manager, youll ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine at this luxury touring company. Your role will cover a wide range of operations, including logistics, staff management, and maintaining high standards for equipment, fleet, and guest experiences. Youll be the go-to person for overseeing: Touring Equipment: Ensure all gear is in top-notch condition, coordinating repairs and maintaining inventory. Fleet Management: Track vehicle maintenance, licensing, and ensure all company vehicles are tour-ready. Guide Management: Oversee the logistics for guides, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Help guides reach their highest potential while ensuring they are well-equipped and scheduled. Event Management: Coordinate logistics for events at the companys on-site Beach Club and event space, ensuring flawless execution. Team Leadership: Manage the Adventure Store Manager and assistants, maintaining operational efficiency and high standards. Operational Systems: Continuously improve operational systems and processes for maximum efficiency. Reporting & Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with the team, reporting operational updates and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
