About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting employee experience, HR initiatives, and compliance across the group. Your primary objective will be to help build a positive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to the People & Compliance Manager to develop a quarterly budget for the Human Resources division.
- Assist with the compilation of detailed Human Resources Reports as directed by the People & Compliance Manager.

• Compliance and Policy Report(s)
• Employee Relation(s)
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients/customers to ensure operational excellence.
- Arrange and attend monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings for each company within the group to ascertain further needs and report back on previous action plans.
- Ensure an active and concise chain of communication and manage the flow and dissemination of information to relevant parties and stakeholders.
- Contribute towards ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Assist in ensuring effective end-to-end recruitment processes, from attracting top talent to successful placement, with a focus on a positive candidate experience, EVP, and best practice approaches (internally and externally).
- Support the implementation of the enablement strategy for the Functional Group, ensuring alignment with development and capability needs across various occupational levels.
- Ensure that Pre- and 100 days of Connectivity are executed effectively with each new hire and that all required documents are completed.
Requirements
- Diploma or BCom degree or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Supervisory experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma or BCom degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Recognised postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (if applicable).
