An upmarket hostel company is seeking a fun and energetic Receptionist to work at one of its Cape Town based properties. Minimum qualifications: · Matric · 1 year experience in a similar role in the hotel industry (requirement for this role) Knowledge and skills: · High energy level, positive work attitude and a team player · Superior customer service and conflict resolution skills · High personal presentation and appearance · Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and telephonic skills, including problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills · Planning, organisation and time management skills · Knowledge of hotel services, promotions and tourist attractions · Computer literate – Excel, Word, Protel/ Opera or similar Please send a cover letter, picture and written and contactable references with your CV.
