About the Role
Our client, a leading property development and construction group, is seeking an experienced Senior Wet Trade Foreman to oversee and manage all wet trade operations on prestigious high-end residential and commercial developments in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality workmanship consistently across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large wet trade teams
- Oversee wet trade operations on high-end residential and commercial developments
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project completion
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience supervising wet trades on building projects
- Extensive hands-on experience across all wet trade disciplines
- Demonstrated track record on high-end residential and/or commercial developments
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Relevant industry certification or training (preferred)
