About the Role

Join our team as a Supervisor – Sales Operations in Cape Town and contribute to maximising route potential in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and assets, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry
  • Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC literacy
  • Valid Code C1 licence and PDP
  • Minimum of 2 years experience using in-house vehicle tracking systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma (advantageous)
