About the Role
Join our team as a Supervisor – Sales Operations in Cape Town and contribute to maximising route potential in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and assets, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry
- Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC literacy
- Valid Code C1 licence and PDP
- Minimum of 2 years experience using in-house vehicle tracking systems
- Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma (advantageous)
