Key Requirements: Demonstrated success in managing large, high-energy restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, including stock control, cost management, and health and safety compliance. Strong leadership and team development abilities capable of inspiring, coaching, and managing a large, diverse team. Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining service consistency and quality. Hands-on manager with excellent judgment and the ability to think on their feet in a dynamic, trend-driven environment. Financially savvy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, driving revenue, and boosting bottom-line performance.
