Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in key segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and TMC clients. Drive business into Cape Town-based hotels and cross-sell across sister properties in South Africa. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar hospitality sales role. Strong understanding of the hotel industry and B2B sales dynamics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
