We’re Hiring: Short-Term Insurance Claims Administrator (4-Month Maternity Contract)
Are you a detail-oriented claims professional with a passion for customer service and a solid background in short-term insurance? Were looking for a dynamic Claims Administrator to join our team on a 4-month maternity cover contract.
Location: Pinelands, Cape Town
Contract Duration: 4 months
Start Date: Dec 2025 Apr 2026
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in short-term insurance claims administration
- Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification
- Strong understanding of claims processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage short-term insurance claims from initiation to finalization
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and service providers to ensure smooth claims handling
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the claims process
