Job Summary
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required:
– Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced setting.
– Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
– Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry in South Africa is advantageous but not essential.
– Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
– Strong customer focus is essential.
