About the Role

Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Attorney to join our small law firm in Centurion. As a junior attorney, you will be responsible for handling General Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Estates, and Trust matters. You will also provide client liaison services, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients in both Afrikaans and English.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to General Civil Litigation, Corporate Law matters, Estates and Trust matters for small law firm
General Attorney duties (Court appearances etc.)
Client liaison and drafting of legal documents & legal correspondence in both Afrikaans and English
Travel to Court and legal entities (e.g. Masters Office etc.) when required

Requirements

Presentable and professional (preferably female)
Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Any African language proficiency advantageous)
LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney A MUST
Recent post admission experience in General Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Estates and/or Trust highly preferred

Qualifications

LLB Degree completed

Salary & Benefits

R 15 000 – R 20 000 gross maximum (Depending on experience Junior level)
