About the Role

Are you a strategic, hands-on Maintenance Leader with a passion for operational excellence? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join a fast-paced industrial environment, driving equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong technical aptitude, solid leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure uninterrupted production and world-class maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the entire maintenance department and maintenance program
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
Perform emergency repairs during and outside production hours
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems
Perform machinist duties where required
Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and electrical diagrams
Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Collaborate with internal teams and external technicians for effective problem resolution
Utilize preventative maintenance software, update schedules, and track activity
Mentor, train, and upskill maintenance technicians
Support onboarding of new technical staff
Promote a strong safety and compliance culture

Requirements

Qualified Electrician, Millwright, or Engineering professional
3–5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with:
HVAC systems
Pneumatics
PLCs
Good computer literacy
Ability to work overtime and outside normal hours when required
Positive, mentoring leadership style with a team-first mindset
