Are you a technically skilled Red Seal Millwright with a passion for machinery, problemsolving, and highperformance production environments? This is your chance to join a wellestablished operation where your expertise will directly support productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a handson Millwright who thrives in fastpaced industrial settings and enjoys tackling both mechanical and electrical challenges with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment per technical drawings
Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Fabricate or modify parts when required
Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and compliance records
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure machinery reliability
Troubleshoot PLCcontrolled equipment (if applicable)
Support continuous improvement by identifying mechanical and process enhancements
Ensure full compliance with company procedures and safety regulations

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

Red Seal Millwright Trade Certificate (essential)
3–5 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment
FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience advantageous
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Computer literate (MS Office; CMMS advantageous)
Excellent faultfinding and troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit, able to work in demanding environments (shift work/overtime when required)
Advantageous: PLC troubleshooting, welding, boiler making, fabrication
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Ability to work under pressure with strong initiative and a safetyfocused mindset
