Job Summary
Position: Reporting & Systems Administrator
Location: Centurion (with regular travel to Marble Hall)
Salary: R15 000 R20 000 per month
A well-established mining company is looking to appoint a Reporting & Systems Administrator to support operations by implementing and refining business systems and reports across the Centurion and Marble Hall sites.
This role is ideal for a BCom Graduate with strong analytical thinking, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to streamline reporting processes and improve internal systems. A proactive, solutions-driven personality is key.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement reporting tools and templates
-
Analyse business processes and suggest improvements
-
Support system enhancements and rollouts
-
Collaborate with management to improve reporting efficiency and data tracking
Minimum Requirements:
-
BCom Degree or similar qualification in Business, Finance, or Information Systems

Strong MS Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools would be a bonus)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently and travel between sites
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
