About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centurion: Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safe and effective operations, and managing a team of production workers to achieve productivity and teamwork goals. With a strong background in manufacturing processes, machinery, and production schedules, you will play a critical role in implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring safe and effective operations.
Manage a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and deadlines.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
Monitor the usage of materials, tools, and machinery to minimize waste.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and safety inspections.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics) for smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Team Leader or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production schedules
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
