Job Summary
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients, including businesses or organizations that may need ICT solutions. Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of the companys ICT products or services (e.g., servers, software, cloud services, networking equipment) and how they can benefit customers. Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations and demonstrations of ICT products to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and how the solutions meet their needs. Customer Needs Assessment : Work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Providing Quotes and Proposals : Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and service options to meet client needs and budgets. Negotiating Deals : Manage negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals. Building Relationships : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upsell new services, or renew contracts. Collaboration with Technical Teams : Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are implemented successfully post-sale. Customer Support : Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise with the products or services. Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Sales Targets and Reporting : Achieve sales targets and quotas, and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to management. Contract and Documentation : Handle the documentation, including contracts, agreements, and order processing.
