Requirements: Post-matric qualification (Engineering/Marketing/Sales preferred) Trade certification (advantageous) 5 years B2B sales in mining/ engineering sectors Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Existing mining industry network (Free State/North West preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Medically fit for mine site visits Clear criminal record required Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify and pursue strategic market opportunities to grow revenue Client Engagement: Identify and convert new business opportunities in the mining sector Sales Execution: Drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate weekly activity reports and revenue forecasts Customer Retention: Build and maintain lasting relationships with key accounts Training & Demos: Present technical training and live demonstrations to customers Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy Event Representation: Attend mining expos, roadshows, and industry events
