About the Role This role is ideal for a detail driven Cost Control Engineer who thrives in a dynamic project environment. You will play a key role in monitoring budgets, controlling project costs, and ensuring financial performance is aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control project budgets across multiple sites Track project expenses and prepare cost reports for management Analyse variances between estimated and actual costs Support procurement and planning teams with cost forecasting Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams Ensure cost control procedures comply with company standards Requirements Proven experience of 5 years in cost control engineering within the UAE construction/contracting industry Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking Proficient in cost management tools and ERP systems Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities What We Offer Monthly salary: AED 8,000 AED 12,000 Opportunity to work on landmark construction projects in Dubai Collaborative and technically proficient project environment Long term career growth with a stable and professional firm
