Requirements: Degree or diploma (NQF level 5) 25 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or medical scheme environment Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Key Responsibilities: Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for Executives Take and distribute meeting minutes Supervise office support and third-party staff (catering and cleaning) Handle office budget and procurement (stationery, flowers, etc.) Organise events, workshops, and company functions Oversee boardroom bookings, equipment, and catering Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data security and confidentiality Assist with project coordination and communication Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties
