Non-Negotiable Requirements: · Must reside in Cape Town · Must have a functional smartphone for two-factor authentication · Completed Matric · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration – advantageous · 1–3 years of proven experience as a Credit Controller · 12 months of international BPO experience – advantageous · Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles · Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records · Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software Proficient in Excel/MS Office · Experience with NetSuite, Sage 200, or other accounting software · Prior experience in a customer-facing role or client management is advantageous · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Demonstrable flexibility, energy, and proactivity with a “can-do” attitude · Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining high standards · Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
