Qualifications & Skills Strong commitment to learning and applying design and leadership principles. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel. Solid design education or experience with a desire for continuous growth. Technical fashion design skills, including garment construction knowledge. Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value. Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency. Analytical mindset to identify business opportunities impacting growth and profitability. Passion for the fashion industry, trends, and cultural influences. Understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate them into product. Creative mindset with a drive to develop and execute innovative designs.
