Job Description

Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients Deliver comprehensive, holistic financial planning solutions Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life, investment, and wealth solutions Provide consistent, high-quality client service with regular client engagement Build and grow a sustainable client portfolio over time Remuneration & Benefits Training allowance payable for the first two months 80/20 commission split Excellent monthly bonuses for the first two years December performance bonus (13th cheque) Initial and ongoing professional training through a leading financial academy Interest-free technology loans Membership of Pension Fund and Group Life Schemes Support with required industry qualifications (RE & Wealth Management) Access to mobile nurses for client medicals Sales, marketing, and product specialist support Full compliance support Access to legal advisers Advanced financial planning tools Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent RE5 qualification required if you have more than 18 months industry experience Proven sales experience (financial services sales preferred) FAIS credits or currently working toward a recognised Wealth Management qualification will be a strong advantage Valid drivers licence and own vehicle (essential) Ideal Candidate Profile Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building ability Target-driven and self-motivated Professional, ethical, and client-centric Passionate about long-term wealth creation and financial advice Why Consider This Opportunity?
