About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing, payment processing, and collections to maintain our financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and send accurate, timely invoices to customers.
Accurately record and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
Implement strategies and contact customers to secure payment on overdue accounts and minimize outstanding receivables.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis and cash flow projections, and provide insights to management.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all accounts receivable processes adhere to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to deliver on projects with minimal supervision.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adopt new approaches.
