Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Capture and update information accurately in Excel
- Prepare invoices in Excel for export and local sales
- File and store documents correctly
- Communicate with farm staff, internal teams, and suppliers to confirm information
- Assist with reports and general admin tasks
- Check data for errors or missing information
- Help improve admin and data processes where possible
- Perform other related duties when required
General Responsibilities
- Assist with additional tasks given by management
- Follow all health and safety rules
- Keep company and business information confidential
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Be flexible and support business needs
- Work positively with others in a respectful and inclusive environment
- Take part in training and learning opportunities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- 1–3 years’ experience in an admin or data-capturing role
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including:
- Data capturing and formatting
- Simple formulas (SUM, AVERAGE)
- Working with more than one worksheet
- Experience with filing and record-keeping
- Experience in agriculture, export, or logistics is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Well organised and able to handle more than one task
- Able to check information for correctness
- Good communication skills (Afrikaans is an advantage)
- Reliable team player
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Able to work to deadlines
