Job Description
Core Criteria:
- Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical experience
- Fleet, diesel, or heavy vehicle experience preferred
- Lodge, reserve, or remote-site maintenance experience is essential
- Trade qualification beneficial, but practical experience is key
- Driver’s licence required, PDP would be beneficial. Candidate must be comfortable driving safari and reserve vehicles on rugged terrain
- The ideal candidate must be mature, reliable, and values-driven. Have sound judgement, emotional stability, and a disciplined, sober approach to work and life.
- Candidate must be comfortable working/living in a remote environment
- Christian values property – preference for an aligned candidate
- Must have contactable references and reference extremely well.
