About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reserve & Maintenance Manager who understands that luxury hospitality and rugged conservation are two sides of the same coin. This 2,500-hectare private reserve is a sanctuary of biodiversity, offering Big-5 encounters and unique accommodations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical experience
- Fleet, diesel, or heavy vehicle experience preferred
- Lodge, reserve, or remote-site maintenance experience is advantageous
- Trade qualification beneficial, but practical experience is key
- Driver’s licence required, PDP would be beneficial. Candidate must be comfortable driving safari and reserve vehicles on rugged terrain
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical experience
