About the Role
We are seeking a professional and skilled Spa Therapist to join our prestigious luxury reserve situated near Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. As a Spa Therapist at our Luxury Reserve, you will have the opportunity to work within a tranquil and beautifully appointed lodge environment, providing world-class spa treatments to discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring service excellence at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and treatment areas.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard in accordance with lodge protocols.
- Provide personalised advice and product recommendations to guests where appropriate.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control in all spa areas.
Requirements
- Fully qualified spa therapist with recognised beauty or wellness certifications.
- Minimum of 23 years experience in a luxury spa or 5-star lodge/hotel environment.
- Candidates must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans fluently.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Professional; well-groomed, and service-orientated.
