Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Takeaway Manager to lead our fast-paced takeaway operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. If you have a passion for the food industry and strong leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the takeaway service, including food preparation, customer service, and order management.
- Lead, train, and supervise takeaway staff, ensuring high standards of performance and customer care.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the takeaway service.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Takeaway Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
