About the Role

Edenvale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will provide technical sales support to customers, offering product advice and solutions, while also handling incoming sales enquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support to customers
Handle incoming sales enquiries, quotations, and orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and professional service
Capture, manage, and update customer interactions, quotes, and orders accurately on the CRM system
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate stock availability, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment
Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delivery or stock-related issues
Support the external sales team with product information, pricing, and customer data where required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, specifications, and applications

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in sales or customer service (not mandatory)
