Minimum Requirements: Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). GCC Factories qualification. 5 years management experience in heavy industry maintenance. Previous legal appointment under GMR 2.1 / 2.7. Strong understanding of OSH Act compliance and maintenance standards. Proven ability in leadership, problem-solving, planning, and budgeting. Valid drivers license, own transport, and proficiency in MS Office. Advantageous: Postgraduate management qualification. 10 years heavy industry maintenance experience. Experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Project management exposure, CMMS proficiency, and/or WCM background.
