My client is looking for an Innovations Manager, based in DBN , with an In-Office model. Requirements: Strong technical understanding of system integrations (APIs, flat files, database connectivity). Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to interpret SQL queries and validate data. Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data flow within contact centre environments. Familiarity with cloud services, automation tools, and AI technologies. Proven ability to lead innovation, AI, or automation initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills. Experience managing vendors or external technology partners. Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, data protection, and responsible AI principles. Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Postgraduate qualification in Innovation, Technology Management, or Business Administration advantageous. Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Innovation Management beneficial. Minimum 5 years in innovation, digital transformation, or technology-driven roles. Minimum 3 years management experience.
