Overview: An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and results-driven Service Delivery Manager to join a fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, meet agreed service levels, and align with client expectations. This role involves overseeing operational performance, leading teams, and continuously enhancing service delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end service delivery to ensure alignment with SLAs and operational objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and implement strategic changes Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional service delivery teams Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution Monitor service performance metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives Generate and present service delivery reports to internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field ITIL certification or equivalent in service management Proven experience in a service delivery management role within a technology or service-based environment Demonstrated ability to manage and lead technical teams Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional service Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail Proficiency in service management tools and platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a high-pressure environment Adaptable and collaborative approach with strong leadership qualities If you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
