Are you a confident communicator with strong sales acumen and a passion for customer service? Our client, a well-established supplier of specialised technical products to various industries, is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales / Tele-Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone based in the West Rand with 12 years of working experience in internal sales, customer service, or quotingparticularly in a technical environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Handling incoming sales queries and following up with clients via phone and email

• Preparing quotes and processing sales orders accurately

• Building lasting relationships with customers across a variety of sectors

• Working within the companys CRM system (Odoo) to track and manage leads

• Supporting the external sales team with internal coordination and client engagement

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Matric certificate

• 12 years experience in internal sales or customer service (preferably technical products)

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

• Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills

• Previous experience using systems like Syspro, Baan, or SAP will be a strong advantage (training on Odoo will be provided)

• A proactive, self-driven approach and a willingness to learn

• Must reside in the West Rand

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:15 17:00

• Friday: 07:15 16:00

• Two Saturdays per month (as required)
