GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER Luxury Estate, Franschhoek We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to join a world-class luxury estate in the heart of Franschhoek. This exclusive-use property hosts 816 guests and forms part of a prestigious Luxury Collection known for refined hospitality and effortless, memorable experiences. This is a live-out role and requires an individual with deep expertise, grace under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated guest journeys. The ideal candidate brings: 5 years experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality Exceptional wine knowledge service, pairings, and cellar management Strong culinary and fine-dining understanding, including menu structure and service timing A warm, spontaneous, and guest-centric personality with polished communication Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Reliable own transport and a valid drivers licence Professional habits and consistent reliability A collaborative approach across both front and back of house Additional Advantages: Formal hospitality or sommelier training Experience in boutique luxury properties or high-end event service If you are passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
