A 5* luxury boutique property with 15 rooms, restaurant and spa, seeks an experienced HeadChef meeting the following specifications:- • Tertiary qualification • Minimum 3 years experience as Head Chef in 4 or 5 * lodges or boutique hotel operations with over 10 rooms • Good kitchen organisational skills and able to manage the kitchen staff • Creative with regards to menu planning, plating and kitchen organisation • Good knowledge of contemporary country-style cuisine, using seasonal products • Ability to do Tailored events, themed dine-and-wine evenings, chefs table, private functions and bespoke weddings • Only candidates with a stable track record will be considered • Own vehicle and Drivers licence essential An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
