About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in Franschhoek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing hospitality budgets, overseeing estate events, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospitality budgets (Guest house, Tasting Rooms)
- Oversee estate events
- Retail procurement – appoint relevant suppliers and selection of products
- Liaising with media / VIP clients / guests
- Customer service
- Positively & actively promote the company services and products
Requirements
A proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager
Excellent communication (fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills
Computer literacy- MS Office
Experience in upmarket / fine dining Hospitality service
Attention to detail , problem solving, creative and innovative
Excellent leadership skills
Qualifications
A qualification in Hospitality management and/or Project management
