What You’ll Do Design and create exceptional pastries and plated desserts for all outlets. Maintain precision, flavour, and balance in every creation. Lead the pastry team in consistency, presentation, and timing. Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate seasonal menus. Oversee stock, production schedules, and hygiene compliance. Mentor junior pastry chefs with patience and professionalism. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver desserts that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation. Maintain smooth, efficient production during service. Ensure all pastry operations meet hygiene and safety standards. Contribute new and creative menu items regularly. Maintain cost control and minimise waste. Develop and inspire a cohesive, skilled pastry team. What You Bring 3–5 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality. Expertise in pastry, chocolate, and plated dessert techniques. Creative flair balanced with technical precision. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
