Salary: R7,800 R8,500 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-Out Position

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and professional Porter / Driver to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in the heart of Franschhoek. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is service-orientated, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys being part of a high-end hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport guests and staff in a safe, professional, and courteous manner

• Handle luggage and assist guests upon arrival and departure

• Ensure vehicles are always clean, fueled, and well-maintained

• Perform occasional delivery and collection duties

• Assist with errands and ad-hoc operational duties as needed

• Support the front-of-house team with guest service when required

Requirements:

• Valid South African drivers license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (luxury environment preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Immaculate personal grooming and a professional, friendly demeanour

• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Must reside in or around the Franschhoek area or be willing to relocate at own expense
