FTTH Sales Specialist
Job Objectives Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of customer relationship To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process Ensure lead management system (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information i.e. address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts Schedule client meetings where and when required Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations and any other forms of activations as directed by management Job Skills Target and results driven Excellent communication skills, with the focus on both telephonic and face to face customer engagements Good computer and software application skills Negotiation and problem-solving skills Demonstrate integrity, professional and ethical behavior at all times Exude a positive attitude Maintain a high level of Sales Energy Demonstrate integrity, professional and ethical behavior at all times Exude a positive attitude Maintain a high level of Sales Energy Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms
