Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven capital equipment sales experience
Strong technical or engineering background (Diploma/Degree preferred)
Track record of closing high-value project or equipment deals
Experience selling into mining, manufacturing, energy, construction or heavy industry
Established client network is highly advantageous
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required

– Selling large-scale equipment, machinery, or engineered solutions
– Managing full sales cycles from specification to commissioning
– Engaging with EPCM’s, consultants, plant managers, and procurement teams
– Managing long-term client relationships and repeat capital projects
– Strong commercial, negotiation, and deal-closing ability
– Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
