Job Summary
- Matric
- Proficient in English & Afrikaans
- Computer literate | Pastel Evolution experience
- Strong mathematical skills
- SA Driver’s Licence and own transport
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the parts industry – automotive, trucking or earthmoving
- Be system driven and methodical in organising paperwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job description:
- Supervision of internal sales and support staff to meet set targets.
- Create and maintain a positive culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of internal sales and support staff.
- Motivate and drive the performance of the internal sales and support staff.
- Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with Spare Power’s values.
- Remain knowledgeable of key processes, product range, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
- Overseeing and maintaining the ticket system.
- Ensure that quotations, sales orders and invoicing processes are functioning within the required timelines.
- Telephone calls are promptly and professionally attended to.
- Provide excellent customer service which includes but is not limited to:
O Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
O Providing regular feedback where necessary.
O Resolve any issues that may arise in respect of any return of goods.
O Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and improve all internal sales related systems and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Provide product advice and support | Other duties may be assigned as management sees fit.
Secondary Duties:
Due to the operational requirements of the business certain duties and responsibilities may be expanded on or changed which may include but is not limited to:
- Procurement related functions | Drafting various forms of correspondence | Data capturing.
