Job Description
- Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of E&I systems for industrial projects.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and procurement of E&I equipment and materials.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of E&I installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design, installation, and operational phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the E&I engineering function.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation design and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software and design tools relevant to E&I systems.
- Experience in project execution, including testing and commissioning of E&I systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel
