A corporate retail store has a vacancy for a Foods Department Manager in Zeerust. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Ensure delivery of consistent shopping experience. Input all foods departmental activities against budgets and business plans. Ensure sales are in line with the agreed budgets. Maximise selling opportunities for foods instore via selling space. Manage food sales plan. Manage operational standards, shrinkage, waste amd stock accuracy. Stock replenishment. Manage hot foods standards. Matric. Previous experience working within a foods retail environment. Stong management skills. Ability to motivate, train and lead a team. Knowlege of food saftey, hygiene and health and safety. Clear criminal and credit record. Ability to dive sales and targets. Previous experience in Financial and budget management.
