A corporate retail store has a vacancy for a Foods Department Manager in Pretoria, Johannesburg and the Vaal area. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Ensure delivery of consistent shopping experience. Input all foods departmental activities against budgets and business plans. Ensure sales are in line with the agreed budgets. Maximise selling opportunities for foods instore via selling space. Manage food sales plan. Manage operational standards, shrinkage, waste amd stock accuracy. Stock replenishment. Manage hot foods standards. Matric. Previous experience working within a foods environment. Strong management experience. Ability to drive sales and targets. Knowledge of food safety and OHSA. Decision making abilities. Liaise with internal and external stake holders. Drive Customer service excellence.
