Key Performance Areas:
– Perform and check detailed design in accordance with appropriate standards and specifications.
– Effectively convey current progress and problems on a project, together with the required solutions.
– Draughting of information for proposals, as directed by the lead engineer, in CAD.
– Ensure that works is executed and constructed to the drawings and specifications.
– Monitor progress of construction and ensure project built to specifications.
– Equipment selection and recommendation after detail option consideration.
– Preparation of equipment data sheets and technical packs.
– Obtain vendor pricing for estimates and budgets.
– Compile Technical Reports including technical adjudication reports
– Review of drawing office work for accuracy.
– Provide technical input to proposals as directed.
– Present proposals to Clients, as required.

Qualifications:
– BSc/BEng/BTech (Mechanical)(Minimum)

Experience:
– 2+ Years Proven working experience in the mechanical / consulting industry with project experience in mechanical / mining projects
– Must be fully computer literate in MS Office
– AutoCAD / Inventor / Navisworks experience

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor (2D/3D)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
– Detail-oriented/ Attention to detail
