Job Description
- Matric (essential): relevant diploma or degree in Data Analysis, Business Management, or related field (advantageous).
- 2–5 years of experience in a data or operational analysis / administrative control role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and validate operational and performance data across business functions.
- Identify inconsistencies, potential risks, and improvement opportunities in reports and data sets.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting and communicate findings to management.
- Collaborate closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Support management with ad hoc data requests and performance tracking.
- Monitor operational trends and assist in implementing process improvements.
