Job Description
Manage warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
- Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
- Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years in logistics or operations management.
- Strong organisational and staff supervision skills.
- Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls.
- Experience working in similar long lead time, 10,000+SKU import/distribution model businesses.
- Warehouse experience (both DC and client-facing).
- Experience managing customer service including reverse logistics and technical support.
- Willing to travel nationally at least 1 week per month.
Beneficial Requirements:
- Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience.
- Forklift or stock movement exposure.
