Responsibilities:

• Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
• Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
• Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years in logistics or operations management.
• Strong organisational and staff supervision skills.
• Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls.
• Experience working in similar long lead time, 10,000+SKU import/distribution model businesses.
• Warehouse experience (both DC and client-facing).
• Experience managing customer service including reverse logistics and technical support.
• Willing to travel nationally at least 1 week per month.

• Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience.
