Gauteng: Passenger Vehicle Qualified Senior / Master Technician – Pretoria posted by Select Motor Recruitment

• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on passenger vehicles
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Identify and report any additional work required on vehicles
• Ensure all work is documented accurately on service sheets and systems
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as required
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements:

• Qualified Automotive Technician (certified by recognized institution)
• Minimum [3–5] years’ experience working on passenger vehicles in a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport preferred
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience with dealership-standard diagnostic tools and software
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
