• Minimum 10–15 years’ payroll experience
• Proven experience managing payroll for 500+ employees
• Experience within the manufacturing or commercial industry
• Strong working knowledge of MIBCO
• Hands-on experience with Sage 300
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
