About the Role

Six Sense Consulting is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Investigations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our investigators, manage projects, and coordinate committee meetings. A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, with at least 5 years of personal assistant experience at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investigations projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate committee meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Provide administrative support to investigators, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for project tracking and analysis

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working experience as a Committee Secretary is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree
  • Personal Assistant experience at executive level for a minimum period of 5 years
