Job Description

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing the switchboard, directing calls, and relaying messages or emails promptly
  • Welcoming clients and visitors; assisting new clients to meeting rooms
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies
  • Capturing invoice and delivery note data for the Accounts Department
  • Completing and processing credit applications
  • Providing administrative support to office staff, including filing and general office duties
  • Ensuring the front desk is organized and presentable at all times
